Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened and tried.

 

How to start a return: Email hello@noviereskincare.com within 30 days with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and tell us briefly what didn't work. We'll reply with next steps and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

 

Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, and you usually won't need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

 

Subscriptions: Subscription orders carry the same 30-day guarantee. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime with no fees.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
