Shipping policy

Where we ship: All 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and US territories where carrier service is available. We do not offer international shipping yet.

 

Rates: Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. A flat rate of $8.00 applies to standard orders below $35, and Express shipping is available for $15.00. The Ritual set ships free.

 

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery: Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch; Express within 1–2 business days. Estimates vary with carrier volume, weather, and destination.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you don't see tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email hello@noviereskincare.com.

 

Wrong or undeliverable address: If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional charges may apply.
